Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Support Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer support through phone, email, and chat channels, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Resolving customer complaints or concerns with a focus on customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges promptly and accurately, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge, including promotions and special offers, to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Assisting in documenting customer interactions and updating customer records in the system.
  • Collaborating with other departments when needed to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Following company protocols and policies to ensure consistency in support delivery.
  • Maintaining response time and quality standards set by the company and arenaflex.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in customer service or support, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in customer support tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.) is a plus.
  • Comfortable with using digital tools and platforms to manage customer interactions and track issues.
  • Positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Experience

We are looking for candidates with:

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a remote working environment is highly advantageous.
  • Experience in the beverage or food industry is a plus, though not required.

Working Hours

As a Remote Customer Support Assistant, you will work:

  • Full-time position (40 hours per week).
  • Flexible working hours within the range of 8 AM to 8 PM (local time), Monday to Friday.
  • Occasional weekend shifts may be required, with prior notice provided.
