Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

* Experience in the automotive industry, with knowledge of vehicle repair shop procedures and practices

  • Familiarity with labor guides and part pricing
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Experience working in a remote environment, with a proven track record of productivity and collaboration
