Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Support Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that every interaction is empathetic, solution-oriented, and tailored to the customer's needs.
  • Assisting customers with prescription status, billing questions, insurance verification, order tracking, and account-related issues, providing accurate and timely information to resolve their concerns.
  • Resolving customer complaints with patience and efficiency, escalating more complex issues to the appropriate departments, and ensuring that every customer leaves with a positive experience.
  • Documenting customer interactions accurately using internal systems, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and ensuring that all interactions are properly recorded.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and support to customers.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to streamline support processes and enhance the customer experience, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to drive results.
  • Meeting performance metrics related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction, consistently delivering high-quality support that exceeds customer expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or GED; an associate degree or higher is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple systems and using customer support software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism, upholding the highest standards of data protection and customer privacy.
  • A calm and empathetic approach to handling difficult or emotional customer interactions, with a strong ability to remain composed under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a distraction-free remote work environment, with a commitment to maintaining a productive and efficient workspace.

Experience

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service, call center, or healthcare support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Experience working in remote customer service environments, with a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities of remote work.
  • Familiarity with healthcare or pharmacy services is a bonus but not required; training is provided to ensure that you have the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in this role.

Working Hours
