Responsibilities

As a Swedish Customer Support Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers through various channels, including chat, mail, and phone calls. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing incoming customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and build trust
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by utilizing our methods and tools
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Fluency in Swedish (C1 - C2) and a very good command of English (B2 – C1)
  • Good MS Office skills and strong phone contact handling skills, with active listening and excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and grow with the company
