Responsibilities
As a Swedish Customer Support Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers through various channels, including chat, mail, and phone calls. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing incoming customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and build trust
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by utilizing our methods and tools

Requirements
