Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Inputting alphanumeric data from source documents into our systems with precision and efficiency.
  • Verifying the accuracy of data input and making necessary corrections as needed.
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records in a systematic manner.
  • Following data entry procedures and protocols to ensure data integrity and security.
  • Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication skills and a team player attitude.

Experience

While prior experience is not required, experience in data entry or administrative roles is a plus. We're looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our company.
