Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues in a timely and accurate manner, and advocating for our customers' needs while adhering to all regulatory requirements and company policies. Key Responsibilities

• Field incoming customer service calls, assuming responsibility to resolve customer issues in an accurate and timely manner

  • Research account status and identify account issues
  • Address billing inquiries and resolve billing disputes
  • Process disconnection and re-connection requests
  • Enroll customers and resolve enrollment issues
  • Initiate collection activity on past due accounts and process disconnection and re-connection requests
  • Serve as a customer advocate while adhering to all regulatory requirements and company policies associated with the role

Skills and Qualifications

Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required: We're looking for individuals who can communicate effectively with our diverse customer base.

  • Outstanding phone etiquette and polished communication skills (written and verbal): You'll be the face of arenaflex, and we need someone who can deliver exceptional service with every interaction.
  • Excellent listening skills: You'll need to listen attentively to customers' concerns and respond accordingly.
  • Ability to maintain a calm demeanor when dealing with agitated customers: Our customers can be challenging, but we need someone who can remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Attentive to detail and committed to high-quality customer service: You'll need to be meticulous in your work and committed to delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills: You'll need to be able to analyze issues, identify solutions, and implement them in a timely manner.
  • Willingness to identify problems and suggest process improvements: We're always looking for ways to improve our services, and we need someone who can think critically and suggest innovative solutions.
  • Proficiency in Windows environment and MS Word and Excel applications: You'll need to be comfortable using our technology systems and tools.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where change is commonplace: Our industry is constantly evolving, and we need someone who can adapt quickly to changing circumstances.

Experience

Minimum of 1 year of experience in an inbound call center environment, with customer care experience strongly preferred: We're looking for individuals with experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center environment.

  • Experience within the retail electricity industry strongly preferred: While not required, experience in the retail electricity industry is a plus.
  • Experience in similar markets such as utilities, telecom, or cable preferred: If you have experience in related industries, we'd love to hear from you!
