Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer questions via live chat in a browser-based dashboard - Help users with login access, account updates, billing requests, and product navigation - Use prewritten response templates, macros, and workflows - Tag tickets and log each interaction for internal tracking - Escalate unresolved issues to Tier 2 support as needed - Maintain a professional, friendly, and on-brand tone in all interactions

Training Timeline:

- 2 hours of self-paced onboarding - Simulated chat walkthroughs with feedback - Live test shift with QA lead - Start paid work within 3–5 days of application
