Job Summary

We are seeking an Experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time basis, starting September 2nd, 2025. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, live chats, and social media interactions with clients across various brands and services
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving complex issues, and escalating concerns to senior representatives when necessary
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including notes, complaints, and resolutions
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, live chats, and social media interactions with clients across various brands and services

  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving complex issues and escalating concerns to senior representatives when necessary
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including notes, complaints, and resolutions
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex's policies and procedures

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in computer software, including CRM systems, email, and live chat platforms
  • Excellent typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and ability to navigate multiple computer programs simultaneously
  • Strong social media knowledge and experience with social media platforms
  • Active listening skills and ability to provide empathetic responses to customer concerns
  • Data entry skills and ability to maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous call center experience or strong customer service-focused work history

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their applications in customer service
  • Experience with conflict resolution and negotiation
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
