Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative - Work From Home, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting with customers: You'll engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to address their questions and concerns.
  • Resolving issues: You'll calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that arise, providing empathetic and effective solutions.
  • Escalating interactions: When necessary, you'll escalate interactions to ensure that customers receive the support they need.
  • Tracking call-related information: You'll maintain accurate records of customer interactions for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Providing feedback: You'll offer constructive feedback on call issues to help improve our services.
  • Upselling: You'll have opportunities to upsell relevant products or services to customers.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent: You'll have a solid educational foundation and a strong work ethic.
  • Proven call center experience: You'll have a track record of success in a customer-facing role, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Entry-level network troubleshooting: You'll have basic knowledge of network setup and configuration, including Wi-Fi network setup and router configuration.
  • Core proficiency with a laptop or desktop computer: You'll be comfortable using desktop computer systems and have a solid understanding of Windows-based systems.
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience: You'll have a proven ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older: You'll meet the minimum age requirement for this role.
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute: You'll have strong typing skills and be able to maintain accurate records.
  • Comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of Windows-based systems: You'll be familiar with desktop computer systems and have a solid understanding of Windows-based systems.
  • Customer service and/or sales experience preferred: You'll have a proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and/or sales experience.

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home, you'll need:

  • Internet Requirements: You'll need a reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps. Your ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms. Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN.
  • Proof of internet speed required: You'll need to provide proof of your internet speed to ensure that you meet the minimum requirements.
  • Clean and quiet workspace: You'll need a dedicated workspace that is clean, quiet, and free from distractions.
