Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output to ensure data integrity
  • Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents, using your problem-solving skills to resolve issues
  • Scanning documents and printing files as needed, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency
  • Keeping sensitive customer information confidential, adhering to arenaflex's data security policies and procedures
  • Responding to queries for information and accessing relevant files, providing excellent customer service and support
  • Complying with data integrity and security policies, ensuring the proper use of office equipment and addressing any malfunctions

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Proven data entry work experience, with a strong background in data entry operations and customer service
  • Experience with MS Office and data programs, including spreadsheets, online forms, and database management systems
  • Familiarity with administrative duties, including record-keeping, filing, and data management
  • Experience using office equipment, such as fax machines, scanners, and printers
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation, with excellent communication skills
