As an Experienced Fraud Customer Support Senior Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the support they need to resolve their issues quickly and efficiently. Responsibilities: As an Experienced Fraud Customer Support Senior Specialist, you'll be responsible for handling routine customer fraud inquiries using critical thinking skills to address customer concerns. You'll break down customer information into manageable components while demonstrating empathy, utilizing active listening skills to apply analytical reasoning during customer interactions. You'll navigate multiple arenaflex systems to understand issues and assess outcomes related to fraud inquiries, document proposed solutions and next steps clearly in multiple systems to gain customer consent, and provide accurate claims processing and maintain claim records using established procedures. Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Handling routine customer fraud inquiries using critical thinking skills to address customer concerns * Breaking down customer information into manageable components while demonstrating empathy * Utilizing active listening skills to apply analytical reasoning during customer interactions * Navigating multiple arenaflex systems to understand issues and assess outcomes related to fraud inquiries * Documenting proposed solutions and next steps clearly in multiple systems to gain customer consent * Providing accurate claims processing and maintaining claim records using established procedures Requirements: To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of technical, business, and soft skills.
