Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Wellness Liaison, you'll be responsible for:

• Engaging clients with clear and effective interactions, building trust and rapport
• Providing essential services, including life, accident, and supplemental health products
• Developing long-term relationships with clients, meeting them where they are most comfortable – their homes
• Utilizing basic computer skills for seamless virtual engagements
• Managing your time effectively to maximize productivity and meet performance-based bonus contracts
• Participating in leadership management, with growth opportunities available for those with experience
