What You'll Do
As a Remote Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to live chat requests from customers needing help with orders, accounts, or billing
- Using clear scripts and templates to quickly answer questions
- Troubleshooting common issues and directing users to help resources
- Documenting each chat accurately so follow-up is easy
- Managing 2–3 conversations at a time with confidence and professionalism
- Logging in and out based on the shift blocks you choose
