Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative – TSA Precheck Enrollment Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in our retail stores, helping customers enroll in TSA Precheck or initiate background checks and other services for various federal or state programs. You'll work collaboratively with our team to ensure a seamless customer experience, while also being cross-trained to support other areas of the store during your 8-10 week onboarding period.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for all customers

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and present relevant products and solutions that drive sales
  • Verify customer identity, scan required documents into our database system, take passport photos, and complete customer fingerprint images, biometric, and data capture processes
  • Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot issues with fingerprinting and retail equipment
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure a seamless customer experience and support other areas of the store during your onboarding period
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry developments and regulations

Essential Skills and Experience

* 18 years of age or older and a U.S. citizen

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to operate a keyboard, photocopier, and other office equipment
  • Customer service-related experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to lift and move materials in the 10-50 pound range

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience working in a retail or customer-facing environment

  • Knowledge of TSA Precheck and other federal or state programs
  • Experience with fingerprinting and biometric data capture processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and colleagues
