Description & Requirementsabout this teamThe Retail Optimization team develops the North America Retail-specific Operational Plan, creating programing and innovating within Guest Experience, Store Operational Processes. Store Operational Spaces, Workforce Strategy/Operations, and Employee Enablement.The Store Experience team reimagines what retail can be-setting the end-to-end guest experience for our stores and turning brand promise into moments that feel unmistakably personal ("Wow, It's You!"). We create the vision, strategy, and scalable programming that mobilize teams, elevate services, and connect seamlessly across channels to unlock measurable omni-channel growth beyond our goals.core responsibilities
- Architect and translate the NA Retail Vision into compelling, on-brand store experience models-defining retail experiences, services and programs into the store format strategy and building scalable programs that deliver measurable evolution in guest experience, service offerings and team engagement across the fleet
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of program managers to drive end-to-end store solutions and programming (discovery, concepting, design, pilot, delivery, sustainment), ensuring every initiative strengthens signature and differentiated service offerings
- Serve as the trusted guest and educator experience strategist, consultant, and subject matter expert to retail leaders and enterprise partners-shaping cross-functional roadmaps and operating models so initiatives are practical, adoptable, and consistently executed in stores
- Open to Vancouver (preferred location), Toronto, Seattle, LA, Chicago, NYC.
- 7+ years of experience in multi-unit retail leadership, retail strategy, and/or experience design
- 5+ years leading dynamic, high-performing teams
- Proven success leading complex, cross functional initiatives at scale
- Strong experience translating strategy into operating models and behavior change and delivering collaborative business case for strategic investments
- Exceptional ability to influence without authority and partner across functions
- Excellent written and verbal communicator; confident executive level storyteller and engaging presenter
- Advanced business degree, MBA, or equivalent experience
- Project Management certificate or equivalent experience
