Lead the development and management of new products and enhancements to existing products for Kaiser Permanente, ensuring they align with the organization's goals and objectives. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for new product development and improvement of existing products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and operations to develop and execute product strategies. Develop and manage product roadmaps, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely delivery of products. Utilize a strategic mindset to identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them. Communicate product plans, updates, and progress to relevant stakeholders, including senior management. Stay informed of industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to inform product development decisions. Work closely with internal and external partners to gather feedback and incorporate it into product development. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for all products. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members to support their professional growth and development. Represent Kaiser Permanente at industry events and conferences to promote our products and build relationships with key stakeholders. Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance, and make recommendations for improvements or discontinuation if necessary. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product development team. Maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise in product management and development best practices.
