PMO Lead with Medicare / Medicaid system experience

We are seeking to hire several PMO Leads with expertise in Healthcare / Medicare/Medicaid system implementation projects, to join our teams working on a new multi-year awards we have within several State Gov’t clients, modernizing their Medicare/Medicaid claims systems. These roles are 100% remote. Being a US Cit is required for working on this program. This position pays a strong salary package with full benefits (including choice of healthcare plans, dental, vision, life insurance, 3 weeks PTO, 11 Paid Federal Holidays, and a matching 401k). An option for working on an hourly rate is also available for those not needing a full benefits package. Job Description: PMO Lead (Medicaid / Medicare / Healthcare systems) · Lead a centralized management structure for all project management functions · Develop and maintain project staffing models and proactively Identifies appropriate resources required. Work with leadership to staff projects. · Execute a centralized management structure for all project management functions, including: o Program Deliverables and Milestones - identify, track, and manage o Project work plan – MS Project schedule development and management o Engagement team’s time tracking, work assignments, and status reporting o Scope and Change Control management o Company contract requirements – manage requirement changes, traceability to deliverables, RAID items, test cases and defects. o Risk, Issue, Action, Assumption, Decision log management o Stakeholder communications – work to gain concurrence, approval, and consensus as needed for project management deliverables and artifacts. o Mentor, coach and effectively transfer expertise to others o Implement Project Management Framework that aligns to company standards What we’re looking for (minimum qualifications) · Minimum 10 years of experience with Project Management and PMO background, preferably experienced in Medicaid / Medicare and Healthcare · Minimum 10 years of experience in implementation of software technology projects · CAPM or PMP certification is preferred · Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including MS Project proficiency · Experience in Medicare / Medicaid system implementations, including any of the following: Claims, Pharmacy, CEF, Provider, Interchange, Care/Utilization Management · Excellent communication skills and ability to manage work well remotely · Convey acknowledge of project management and associated methodologies, techniques, processes, and approaches - exude credibility as a subject matter expert · Ability to support US hours for the US State Clients If qualified and interested, please send an updated resume along with rate/salary requirement and we will follow up quickly to discuss further details and move forward with your interview process. ec3 Federal Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind. ec3 Federal Services is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
