QlikSense Programmer

One of our largest clients in the Midwest is looking for a Qlik Sense Developer to join our team. This is a remote position that requires residency in KY or IN (or surrounding states with approval). The Qlik Sense Developer is responsible for providing actionable information to stakeholders throughout the organization that assists in the achievement of strategic goals. They work closely with the Director, Business Intelligence Analytics in providing effective presentation of useful and insightful information from a variety of data sources and the accurate and appropriate interpretation of the data. They are recognized as the expert in one or more areas of business intelligence, financial analysis and modeling, clinical outcomes, operational improvement, statistics, software applications, and scripting languages. They are considered to be the go-to person and have the ability to create the analytics, but can also take the lead, interpret the metrics and articulate how this impacts Baptist Health. They will also work with members of the PAO to develop focused and informative analyses to assist in the maximization of operational improvements. In addition, they will be responsible for sharing best practices and developing the skills and knowledge of others in the department. Their work is highly independent, and they may assume a lead role for the work group. Minimum Education, Training and Experience Required

  • BS or equivalent degree in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Clinical Informatics, or related field
  • plus at least 7 years of experience
  • MUST HAVE UI/UX Experience
  • Strong BI development experience with advanced SQL and data modeling.
  • Proven ability to build intuitive, dynamic Qlik Sense dashboards, including use of Vizlib and interactive UX features.
  • Experience translating healthcare, clinical, financial, and operational data into actionable insights.
  • Hands-on integration with Epic (Clarity/Caboodle preferred), finance systems, Salesforce, and Oracle.
  • Trusted partner to stakeholders, able to take loosely defined requirements and deliver end-to-end analytics solutions.
