Client Care Specialist (Remote)

- Act as the primary point of contact for active clients
- Guide clients through onboarding, setup, and ongoing use of services
- Answer questions, solve issues, and keep communication clear and timely
- Identify opportunities to expand or enhance client solutions when relevant
- Track client progress and ensure a smooth, organized experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to support client goals
