Candidates must live in or near Boston Massachusetts and either hold an active Massachusetts Real Estate License or be willing to obtain one. Please apply only if you meet this criteria. Responsibilities

• Establish rental rates by researching local markets and calculating costs to ensure fair and accurate pricing
• Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close the deal
• Promote available properties using various social media and websites to help ensure quick rental contracts
• Verify all rental applications and personal references are true and accurate
• Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of customers in order to match those needs to a property

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Real Estate License required
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
• Past sales experience is preferred
• Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations
