Position Overview As a Remote Chat Specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their online purchases. Your role will involve providing expert guidance, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. With a strong focus on sales, you'll also have the opportunity to upsell and cross-sell products, earning attractive commissions for every sale you facilitate. Responsibilities * Provide exceptional customer support and sales assistance through live chat services * Assist customers in finding the perfect products to meet their needs * Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner * Upsell and cross-sell products to increase average order value * Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics * Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve overall customer experience Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Average response time: 30 seconds or less * First contact resolution (FCR) rate: 80% or higher * Sales conversion rate: 20% or higher * Customer satisfaction (CSAT) score: 90% or higher Requirements * Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection * Basic English writing skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Skills & Background Needed * No prior paid live chat experience is required – we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success * Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong communication and interpersonal skills Location This is a remote position, allowing you to work online from anywhere.
