Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced full stack data analyst to join our analytics team on a part-time remote basis. As a data analyst, you'll be responsible for supporting our paid media investigation capability, identifying key opportunities for business growth, and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. You'll work closely with our marketing teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies, leveraging your expertise in business intelligence, data science, and analytics to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

As a data analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining complex data models and dashboards to support business decision-making
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven strategies
• Analyzing large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
• Developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders
• Working with data science teams to develop and implement machine learning models and predictive analytics
• Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness
• Developing and maintaining data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and integrity

Essential Capabilities

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, mathematics, statistics, or computer science
• High-level experience in SQL and at least one industry-standard data analysis and visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and quality in your work

Preferred Capabilities

While not required, the following skills and experiences would be highly desirable:

• Experience working in a data-driven organization, with a strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles
• Strong programming skills, with experience in languages such as Python, Java, or C#
• Experience with data science tools and techniques, such as machine learning, natural language processing, or deep learning
• Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices
• Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
• Strong understanding of data security and compliance principles, with experience working with sensitive data
