About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with other teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with arenaflex Products and Services: Continuously learn about new products, services, and features to provide expert-level support to customers.

Required Skills:

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment.

  • Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills.
