Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate and timely information on arenaflex products and services, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
