Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk / Typist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Formatting: Ensuring that all documents are formatted correctly, following arenaflex guidelines and templates, to ensure consistency and professionalism.
  • Proofreading: Reviewing typed material for errors in grammar, punctuation, and spelling, and making necessary corrections to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • File Management: Organizing and maintaining digital and physical files of typed documents for easy retrieval, while ensuring data security and confidentiality.
  • Confidentiality: Handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintaining data security protocols to protect arenaflex and its clients.
  • Meeting Deadlines: Meeting established deadlines for document completion and submission, while prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Communication: Collaborating with colleagues, supervisors, and clients to clarify instructions and ensure accurate document preparation, while maintaining open and effective communication channels.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Performing basic maintenance and troubleshooting on typing equipment, such as computers and printers, to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

Requirements

To be successful as a Data Entry Clerk / Typist at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Typist or Data Entry Clerk, with a strong track record of accuracy and efficiency.
