Job Responsibilities
As a Senior Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leveraging advanced data science, predictive analytics, and machine learning techniques to drive business growth and innovation. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building and deploying complex models using technical expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data engineering
- Developing and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business outcomes, including predictive modeling, forecasting, and optimization
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance, research, software development, and business leaders, to define product requirements and provide analytical support
- Communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including business leaders, customers, and management teams
- Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science, machine learning, and analytics, and applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or physics, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field, with a strong background in statistical modeling, data engineering, and programming
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field, such as a Master's or Ph.D. in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or physics
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, PySpark, and SQL, with experience working with large-scale datasets
- Experience with machine learning frameworks, including scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts, including regression, time series analysis, and hypothesis testing
- Experience working with cloud-based platforms, including Azure and Databricks
Preferred Qualifications
* Ph.D. in a quantitative field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or physics
- Experience working with IoT and Edge AI technologies
- Experience in healthcare or a related field
- Strong background in reinforcement learning and deep learning techniques

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

- Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience
- Bonus: 10% - 20% of annual salary, depending on performance
