Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our data analytics team, you'll be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to inform business decisions and drive growth. You'll work closely with our commercial partners to develop analytics strategies that address business priorities, using predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and metric evaluation. Your expertise in data analysis, programming, and communication will enable you to drive business outcomes and make a meaningful impact at arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with commercial partners to develop analytics strategies that address business priorities, using predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and metric evaluation

• Own and manage an analytics workstream, leading a team of analysts and data scientists to build end-to-end analytical products
• Use robust data in algorithms and predictive models to advocate approaches, identify issues, discover patterns, and propose solutions
• Perform analyses of structured and unstructured data to resolve complex business problems using advanced statistical methods and mathematical analyses, with a deep understanding of the business and/or industry
• Develop and participate in presentations and consultations to communicate and discuss analytics results and solutions
• Use robust programming skills to explore, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data in various formats

Required Qualifications

* 3+ years of relevant analytic experience

• Experience programming using R or Python
• Experience in SQL

Preferred Qualifications

* Demonstrates strong ability to communicate technical ideas and implications to business partners

• Anticipates and prevents problems and roadblocks before they occur
• Strong knowledge of advanced analytics tools and languages to research large data sets from multiple data sources
• Demonstrates skill ability in most areas of mathematical evaluation methods, system learning, statistical analyses, and predictive modeling, with in-depth specialization in some areas

Education

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Mathematics, Data, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or related discipline

• Master's degree or PhD preferred
