About the Role
As a Full Stack Data Engineer at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in building and maintaining our data infrastructure. You'll work closely with our engineering and data teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable data solutions that meet the needs of our business. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and performance of our data systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop scalable data pipelines to collect, process, and analyze large datasets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop data solutions that meet those needs
- Develop and maintain data models, data warehouses, and data lakes to support business intelligence and analytics
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security through data validation, data cleansing, and data encryption
- Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from various sources
- Collaborate with data scientists to develop and deploy machine learning models that drive business insights
- Develop and maintain data visualization tools to support business decision-making
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of innovation
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, software engineering, or related field
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Scala, Python, or C++
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Flink
- Experience with data warehousing and data lake technologies such as Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Azure Synapse Analytics
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data architecture, and data governance
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in data engineering, software engineering, or related field
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or CircleCI
- Experience with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
