Job Responsibilities

As an Ecommerce Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing top-notch customer service to clients by taking calls with a professional, empathetic, and thoughtful approach.
• Responding to customer messages with clear, concise, and definitive guidelines.
• Data entry and examination within various computer applications, including our e-commerce platform (www.arenaflex.com).
• Processing and investigating customer orders and requests.
• Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information as needed.

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Strong computer skills, with experience in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Great critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to change and maintain attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient language and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions without direct supervision.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is an asset.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial for this role:

• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in an e-commerce environment.
