As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize arenaflex's knowledge base and resources to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products, services, and policies to provide informed support
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or retail environment

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles, practices, and procedures
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, email, and chat platforms
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a retail or e-commerce environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
