- Collaborate with our team to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or experience in customer service or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
