Position Overview

As a Data Entry and Back Office Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management and administrative processes. You will be responsible for inputting, verifying, and updating data across various systems, as well as providing comprehensive administrative support to our team. Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & Management

  • Accurately and efficiently enter data into various systems, including databases, spreadsheets, and CRM software
  • Proofread and verify data for accuracy and completeness before final submission
  • Follow established data entry protocols and procedures to maintain consistency
  • Maintain data integrity by adhering to strict data confidentiality and security guidelines
  • Update and maintain existing databases with new information as required
  • Perform regular data quality checks to identify and correct any discrepancies
  • Organize and categorize data for easy retrieval and reporting purposes

Back Office Support

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including filing, answering phones, and scheduling meetings
  • Process invoices and other financial documents with precision and timeliness

  • Maintain organized and efficient filing systems, both physical and digital
