Key Responsibilities

  • Problem Resolution: Resolve customer concerns efficiently and effectively, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible. Document issues thoroughly and follow up to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  • System Navigation: Utilize multiple internal systems, databases, and applications to access customer information, update records, and process requests accurately.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with team members and other departments to address complex customer needs. Escalate issues appropriately when necessary and follow through to resolution.
