What You'll Do

  • Maintain a positive and professional tone in all customer interactions, regardless of the situation
  • Document all customer interactions in our CRM system for future reference and quality assurance

Problem Resolution & Troubleshooting

  • Analyze customer issues and identify effective solutions in a timely manner
  • Navigate complex order discrepancies, billing concerns, and delivery challenges

Product Knowledge & Expertise

Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Adhere to arenaflex's established customer service standards and policies
  • Maintain high-quality metrics including customer satisfaction scores, resolution time, and first-contact resolution
  • Participate in quality monitoring sessions and coaching opportunities
  • Follow all security and privacy protocols when handling customer information

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, logistics, and technical support
