Job Summary

As a Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for providing administrative and staff support services to our claims coordination team. This is a remote position, and you'll work from the comfort of your own home, equipped with the latest technology and tools to ensure your success. Responsibilities

* Provide administrative and staff support services to our claims coordination team

• Perform data entry of claims information into our claims management systems
• Follow up on missing information to process claims efficiently
• Review invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Compile reports from systems with claims information to provide insights and support to our team
• Collaborate with our team to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a customer service or data entry role
• Basic computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Willingness to submit to a background investigation and provide proof of work authorization

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the insurance industry or a related field

• Knowledge of claims management systems and processes
• Certification in customer service or a related field
• Fluency in multiple languages
