Experienced Full Stack IT Security Architect – Data Protection and Compliance Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack IT Security Architect to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our IT Security department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the security architecture of our IT systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will work closely with our IT teams, data security groups, and risk management teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks, and develop strategies to protect our data and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide technical expertise to various IT teams, data security groups, and risk management teams on security architecture, design, and implementation

  • Identify and recognize potential areas where existing security strategies and methods require change or where new ones should be developed, particularly with regard to future business growth
  • Ensure that security arrangements of key systems are properly executed, monitored, and reported
  • Conduct risk assessments in new and existing technologies and provide data risk management counseling to IT teams
  • Assess and recommend security software and equipment and its application
  • Develop alternative security measures if necessary to support review findings, known vulnerabilities, or disaster recovery efforts
  • Ensure that IT teams are aware of security design and engineering projects that could be integrated into business solutions
  • Lead security audits and provide forensic services in response to security incidents
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, such as encryption guidelines and data protection regulations

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field

  • 4 years of experience in IT or data security
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, processes, and business operations
  • Expertise in developing versatile projects encompassing individual devices, managed devices, and mobile applications
  • Ability to formulate comprehensive methodologies to improve mobile security, enhance device management, and mobile application safeguards
  • Experience in adding to strategy and guidelines development as it relates to mobile security
  • Strong ability to collaborate with network security and the broader organization to endorse, communicate, and educate on mobile security controls
  • Experience in directing mobile risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and risks for mobile devices, applications, and organizations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
