Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved
  • Using available resources to research and provide accurate information to customers
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to appropriate departments
  • Meeting daily and weekly performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution times
  • Providing feedback to management on customer concerns and trends to help us continually improve our products and services

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze information and provide creative solutions to customer issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and other e-commerce platforms is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other software applications
  • Certification in customer service or a related field is a plus
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Adaptability and flexibility in response to changing customer needs and company policies
