Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Client Interaction: Interacting with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to address inquiries, provide information, and assist with any concerns or issues they may have. Ensure that all client interactions are handled promptly, professionally, and with a focus on exceeding expectations.
  • Problem Resolution: Acting as a liaison between clients and internal departments to resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the course of projects. Take ownership of client concerns, escalate as needed, and follow up to ensure satisfactory resolution.
  • Project Support: Providing administrative support to project managers and field staff as needed, including coordinating schedules, preparing documents, and updating project records. Keeping track of project timelines and milestones to ensure that client expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Customer Feedback: Gathering feedback from clients on their experience working with arenaflex, including satisfaction levels, areas for improvement, and suggestions for future projects. Using feedback to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing the customer experience.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, project details, and any relevant documentation. Generating reports as needed to track client satisfaction, monitor project progress, and identify areas of improvement.

Qualifications
