Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service and support: Deliver exceptional service and support to our customers through various communication channels.
  • Managing incoming calls or chats: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Responding to customer inquiries: Address customer concerns and provide solutions to their problems.
  • Following up with clients as needed: Ensure that customers are satisfied with the service they receive and follow up with them as necessary.
  • Maintaining customer records and data: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and data.
  • Maintaining product knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our products and services to provide high-quality customer service.
  • Occasional administrative/technical support: Provide support with administrative and technical tasks as needed.

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need:

  • Be 18+ years or older: Meet the minimum age requirement for this role.
  • Must be a US Citizen or legal resident: Ensure that you have the necessary documentation to work in the United States.
  • High School Diploma/GED or higher education: Meet the minimum educational requirement for this role.
  • Preferred minimum 1 year of customer service experience: While experience is preferred, it is not required.
  • Pass a background check: Meet the necessary background check requirements for this role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills: Possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
