Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers through various channels, including chat, email, and phone. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer issues, provide accurate information, and ensure that our customers feel valued and heard. Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll have a wide range of responsibilities, including:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved
  • Using available resources to research and provide accurate information to customers
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to appropriate departments
  • Meeting daily and weekly performance metrics
  • Providing feedback to management on customer concerns and trends
  • Collaborating with other team members to achieve team goals
  • Staying up-to-date with new software and tools, company policies and procedures, and customer needs

Essential Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and e-commerce platforms
  • Experience in customer service or a related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central and e-commerce platforms
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
