Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone, chat, and email channels. You'll handle inquiries, resolve customer complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience, meeting or exceeding defined service level goals.
