Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing knowledge and support to customers and potential customers related to our services and their existing accounts. You'll also be responsible for contacting landlords and leasing companies to confirm rental payments by customers. This is a 100% remote position, offering a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 8AM-5PM, with flexible scheduling based on your specific time zone.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and email, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate support

• Update the customer contact software application to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations
• Collaborate with customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide information about our services and existing accounts
• Contact landlords and leasing companies to confirm rental payments by customers, ensuring accurate and timely communication
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meeting productivity and quality standards
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to company policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a remote setting

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, landlords, and leasing companies
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and applications, including Gmail, Google Drive (Docs)
• Superior customer service skills, with a positive and can-do attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with excellent attention to detail
• High-speed internet and a reliable phone, computer, monitor, and other necessary equipment for remote work

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote customer-facing position or customer service

• Experience with a CRM (i.e., SalesForce)
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
