Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Scientist to join our Retail Pharmacy Examination team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of AI-powered solutions to improve patient safety and outcomes. You'll work closely with our business leaders and stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop data-driven solutions to address complex challenges.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and implementation of AI-powered solutions to improve patient safety and outcomes
- Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Develop and maintain complex data models and algorithms to drive insights and inform business decisions
- Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions to address complex challenges
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and business leaders
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
Essential Qualifications
* 6+ years of experience in a data science or related field, with a strong background in AI and machine learning
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
- Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS or Azure
- Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Experience with data management and governance, including data quality and data security
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams
