Job Description

As a Remote Beauty Consultant / Product Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and sales support to our clients. You will work remotely from the comfort of your own home, connecting with customers through various communication channels, such as phone, email, and social media.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of our products and their benefits to effectively communicate with customers and make sales
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Actively engage with customers through various communication channels to promote and sell our products
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers and make recommendations
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns
  • Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and customer service skills

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service and/or sales, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, while still being a team player
  • Proficient in using various communication and sales tools, such as phone, email, and social media
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Passion for beauty and skincare products
  • Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and tasks

Work Schedule & Remote Details

Flexible Scheduling: Choose Full-time (30–40 hrs/week) or Part-time (20 hrs/week)
