Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-centric Customer Service Associate to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients via phone, email, or chat. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner

  • Explain benefit options and update policies to clients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their coverage
  • Collaborate with a remote team to achieve daily goals and objectives
  • Utilize basic technology, including Zoom, email, and other tools, to communicate with clients and colleagues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and client satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

  • 18+ years of age and legally allowed to work in the U.S.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse clients and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or insurance environment

  • Experience with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
  • Knowledge of insurance products and services, including benefits and policies
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
