We are an independent insurance agency seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to assist clients who have requested information about life and financial protection coverage.

This is a hybrid role, combining in-office support with the flexibility to work remotely based on schedule and performance.

The role focuses on understanding client needs and helping them select appropriate coverage options through a structured, step-by-step process.

Location

This position is based in City, State with a combination of in-office and remote work.

What You'll Do

  • Meet with clients who have requested information about coverage
  • Review client needs and present appropriate insurance options
  • Assist clients through the application process
  • Maintain follow-up and ongoing communication
  • Track activity and manage client interactions using provided systems

Compensation

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in an office-based environment
  • Organized and able to manage daily activity
  • Willingness to obtain a state insurance license (assistance provided)

Additional Information

There are no fees charged by the company for training or onboarding. State licensing costs, where applicable, are paid directly to the licensing authority.
