Job Summary
As a Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and resolving issues promptly. You'll work with a high volume of customer support requests via email, phone, and chat, using empathy and excellent communication skills to troubleshoot problems and answer questions. Key Responsibilities
* Respond promptly to customers' inquiries, requests, orders, or applications via email, phone, and chat
- Assist with customer complaints and questions about specific products or services
- Modify and escalate complaints across multiple communication channels
- Be the first point of contact and advocate for customers
- Handle a high volume of customer support requests with empathy and excellent communication skills
- Troubleshoot problems and resolve issues efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
* Must be over the age of 18 with a stable internet connection
- No prior experience is required, but prior experience is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent writing skills and email etiquette
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred Skills
* 1 year of chat support experience
- CRM/support tool experience a plus
- Articulate, personable, and reliable with great writing skills and email etiquette
- Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain high productivity levels
