Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Voice of the Customer Methodology Development and Innovation

As a Senior Statistics Architect on our Customer Listening Team, you'll play a critical role in the development and innovation of our Voice of the Customer (VOC) methodology. With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across the consumer, business, and service provider sectors, our team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This involves designing and programming customer experience surveys, which include 40+ studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team and help drive the transformation and innovation of our VOC methodology. As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll work closely with product and process owners, subject matter specialists from Qualtrics, and our Agile team in Technology to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with utility teams to outline, build, and capture business needs

• Develop and leverage knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods to inform and transform data within the Cornerstone Large Data Platform
• Design and build robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions
• Provide big data and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring high-quality and accuracy through intensive testing at various and use case levels
• Offer pointers to beautify competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
• Power consumer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out & builds automation tools
• Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency
• Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique

Essential Qualifications

* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years

• Ability to collaborate actively with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at daily intervals to business groups

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data visualization tools and techniques

• Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies
• Familiarity with data governance and data quality best practices
• Experience with data storytelling and communication
