L1- Support Associate Fresher requirements

Wonderworth Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an L1-Desktop Support Associate. As an integral part of our organization, you will provide crucial technical support to our clients, ensuring their desktop systems function optimally.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users, assisting them with hardware and software issues related to desktop systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems with desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems and applications.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure network connectivity and proper system functionality.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of hardware and software assets.
• Conduct regular system upgrades and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Respond promptly to support tickets and escalate complex issues to higher-level technicians or system administrators as necessary.
• Document and track all support activities and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and trends in desktop support to continuously enhance your technical knowledge and skills.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Proficient computer skills with a high level of efficiency.
• Excellent understanding of medical terminologies (physiology and anatomy) is a significant advantage.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience in healthcare or medical billing and coding is a plus.
• Flexibility to work in different shifts is highly advantageous.
• Fluency in English language.
