Job Description

We are seeking an experienced part-time data entry clerk to join our team at arenaflex. As a data entry clerk, you will be responsible for updating patients' records and inputting prescription and insurance information into our systems. You will also update inventory and manage orders, ensuring the accurate and timely handling of data. In addition to these tasks, your team leader will assign you other administrative duties, such as responding to emails and assisting with other projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by your team leader, such as responding to emails and assisting with other projects
  • Use basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other computer programs to complete tasks

Qualifications

To qualify for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Age: You must be between 16-19 years old to qualify for this role
  • Education: You must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Basic computer skills: You must have used computers and be familiar with basic computer programs
  • Typing speed: You must type at least 30 words per minute to join our team
  • Attention to detail: You must be excellent at paying attention to detail, as we deal with a lot of data
  • Time management: You must have good time management skills, as you will be responsible for managing your own time and meeting deadlines
  • Communication: You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as you will interact with different team members and possibly customers through emails and other communication platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in data entry or a related field
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other computer programs
  • Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment
